St. Mary's Church, Kuala Lumpur, was the scene of a pretty wedding last Monday morning, when Mr. Justin W. Schokman, of Tampin, eldest son of the late Mr. A. J. Van-Geyzel Schokman and Mrs. Ada Schokman, led to the latar Miss Christable Nell Leembruggen, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Leembruggen, of Kuala Lumpur. The service was timed for 11 a.m. and long before that hour a number of guests arrived. The bridegroom was also an early arrival and was accompanied by his brother Mr. E. Sydney M. Schokman, who acted as best man. The bride arrived in church punctually in time with her father, who gave her away, and as she walked up the aisle the organ pealed forth the well known wedding hymn "The Voice that Breathed o'er Eden." The service was conducted by the Revd. W. S. Kelley, and the ceremony was brought to a close with the singing of "O Perfect Love."

The reception was held at the residence of Mr and Mrs Jansz. The bride and bridegroom were the recipients of a number of valuable and useful presents and several letters and telegrams of congratulation. They left for Tampin by the 1 o'clock train.

The bride, it should be added, was attended by her sister, Miss Doris Leembruggen, as bridesmaid.
